When you're setting up a "Build Your Own Team" project and you start looking for the right talent for the opportunity, you will probably want to get to know more about the candidate options you see listed. First - from your dashboard select "Manage Projects" then from that list of projects, pick the project you want to put together a team for and click on the "Step 1. Select Talent" link on the project tile.

This will bring you to the list of potential talent profiles in our database that match your role requirements. You can see some quick info about them - like how close of a match to your requirements they are, but not a lot of specifics. If you want those more in-depth details, click on the "See Details" link.
