The Talent Tile gives a quick glance of a candidate's information, including a high-level look at how well they match up to your role requirements for the project - or their percent total match. But you can see more details by "Viewing Match Breakdown". To get to this, hover your mouse over the percentages on their talent tile, and you'll see a pop up link for "View Match Breakdown".

When you click on that button, you'll get a pop-up window which will show you more details about the requirements you submitted for that role, as well as how well the candidate matches those requirements.

These details are broken out by the 3 main areas - "Skill Expertise", "Years Experience", and "Industry Experience". And under the overall percentages, you can see how many of your requested skills or industries that talent candidate had experience with.
