When you're setting up a Build Your Own Team project and selecting talent, you obviously want to get a good feel for how well a potential candidate matches up to your project requirements. The first, first-glance details for this evaluation are on the Talent Tile for that person.

#1 - Personal information for the talent candidate can be found in the upper area of their talent tile. This includes their first name, their role, their location, and a thumbnail photo from their profile.

#2 - The middle of the talent profile tile gives you a quick glance for how well they match up to your project requirements, broken down into three areas: Skill Expertise, Years of Experience, and Industry Experience. These percentages show how well this person's background and skills match the skills, experience, and industries that you put in as desired or required for the role.

#3 - This is the standard rate for bringing this talent candidate onboard your project.

#4 - You can use the little heart in the upper corner to "favorite" a talent profile, meaning it's easier to find that person's profile when you're looking at "My Profile" page.
