Wripple's platform is designed to help you find talent profiles that are a good match for the requirements for your projects, but if you want to browse through the members of our talent pool and look for candidates who you would want to bring to your project, that's easy to do.

Start by clicking on the "Browse Talent" button on your homepage/dashboard.

From here, you can select criteria to narrow down which talent profiles you see - selecting options like "category" or "role" (#1), with additional options such as experience level or industry background (#2). One you've picked your search criteria, just click the "Search" button and the talent profiles which match your criteria will be shown.
