Our Wripple platform allows you to customize pre-existing project templates and then pick a pre-assembled team. But sometimes you might want more choices for your talent selection. Or maybe you have a project that needs a customized team to fill all the roles you are seeking. In those situations - we are also designed to help you build your own project and team.

Start on the homepage/dashboard and select "Create Project.

This will take you to the Project Creation page, which has two options. For a custom-build team, select Option B towards the bottom.

This will take you through a guided series of questions where you can name you project, give a detailed description of what you need for your project and what you're trying to accomplish. Then you can define timing and request team members by role, noting how many hours per week you will need each role, target billing rate, a list of requirements and experience level desired, and then you can match these needs to a list of roles Wripple has defined to which will allow you to find the talent options you're looking for.
