After you have invited and selected talent for your project, your next step is to
request the SoW (Statement of Work). You will find the "Move to SoW" button on the "Invited" tab of the project page.

Once you've clicked the button, a request will be put in for the SoW. You can check the status of your SoW on that tab of the project page.
