'Published" vs "Unpublished" Courses

All the answers about your account limits, and what "Published" Courses means.

Updated this week

When you sign up for a plan with Xperiencify, you can always create unlimited courses. Your plan will determine how many published courses are included.

What does Published mean?

  • A published course is available for students to purchase. You can also add students manually, once a course is published.

How do I publish a course?

  • Open the course, and select the Publish option from the menu here:

What if I only want to add a test student but don't want anyone else to be able to purchase it yet?

  • No worries... in order to purchase a course, students will need to have a link to the Order Form (or some other way to purchase).

  • Until you share an active link for someone to pay you and purchase, they don't yet have a way to join the course.

Does this mean it will show up on the Marketplace?

  • You are always in control of what courses are shown (or hidden) on the Marketplace. See more info here.
