Notification Settings for Additional Admins

Each additional admin on your account can now control their own forum and comment notification settings

Table of Contents

If you have team members added as additional admins on your account, each of them can now control their own email notifications for forum and comment activity!

Previously, notification settings belonged only to the primary account holder. Now, every admin on your account chooses what they receive, and how often, without affecting your settings or anyone else's.

How It Works

  • Each additional admin has their own notification and digest settings, completely separate from yours.

  • When an admin logs into your account through their own magic link, the Notifications tab shows their settings, not yours.

  • Digest emails are delivered to the admin's own email address (the one they were invited with), at the frequency they choose.

  • Your settings as the account owner stay exactly as you configured them. Each admin's choices only affect the emails that admin receives.

How an Additional Admin Sets Their Notification Preferences

  • Have your admin log into the account using their own magic link (the login link sent to their email address).

  • From the Account section, click on the "Notifications" tab.

  • They'll see the same notification options you see as the coach: each forum Space they're part of is listed with its own notification and digest controls, so they can choose how often to receive a bundled email of activity for each Space (Never, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).

  • Click "Save Changes", and they're all set!

Important to Know

  • The system will automatically detect which admin logged in, based on the magic link they used to access the account.

  • Every admin's settings are independent. Changing your preferences won't change theirs, and their choices won't change yours or another admin's.

  • Digests are always sent to the admin's own email address. The additional notifications email field is only shown to the primary account holder, so admins won't see it, and there's no need to add your team members' addresses there.

  • Notification settings affect emails only. Everything an admin sees while working inside your account stays the same.
