Cryptocurrency payments can sometimes appear incomplete due to network congestion, price fluctuations, or wallet transaction fees.
At Xpert Funding, we process crypto payments automatically through our secure payment gateway (Uniwire) but if only part of the amount reaches us, the system will mark your transaction as “Partial Payment.”
This simply means that your transaction was detected, but the full amount has not yet been received on the blockchain.
Incomplete Transactions
If your crypto payment was incomplete, you will automatically receive an email notification from our payment processor.
This email includes your invoice details, transaction ID, and clear instructions on how to finalize your payment.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this message it contains a secure link to view your transaction status and remaining balance.

Click the link inside to access your pending invoice.

Important Notice
Each crypto invoice is only valid for a limited time window (usually 30 minutes). If the payment isn’t completed within that period, it may expire automatically.
Some crypto wallets or exchanges batch transactions, causing delays or underpayments.
Always ensure your wallet covers network fees in addition to the invoice total otherwise, the received amount may be lower than required.
If no action is taken to complete the missing balance within the timeframe, the transaction may fail permanently and funds could be lost.
What Causes Partial or Failed Payments
Partial or failed crypto payments are most commonly caused by:
Insufficient transfer amount (network fee deducted from your sent amount)
Expired invoice time window
Incorrect network selection (e.g., sending USDT ERC20 to a TRC20 address)
Network congestion or delayed confirmations
