xTiles Inbox is a dedicated space in xTiles where you can temporarily save and store tiles before moving them to other locations within the app.
Key features:
Creating and Storing Content: Save tiles as you create them without immediately placing them in a project or page.
Moving Tiles Between Projects and Workspaces: Easily move tiles across different areas of xTiles.
Mobile App Sync: Content created on the mobile app appears instantly in your Inbox for quick access.
Where to Find Inbox
You can access your xTiles Inbox by clicking the Inbox icon in the top-right corner of the app, next to your Profile, Tasks, and Calendar icons.
The Inbox panel will slide in from the right side of the screen.
To close the Inbox, simply click the Inbox icon again.
Create Content in Inbox
To create content in Inbox:
Navigate to the bottom of the Inbox panel.
Click the “+” (Create a note) button.
A new tile will be created within Inbox where you can add any information for later.
Move Content Using Inbox
Inbox is especially useful for organizing and moving content across xTiles. You can move tiles to Inbox in two ways:
Drag and Drop:
Open Inbox.
Drag tiles directly from a page into the Inbox panel.
Tile Settings:
Click the three vertical dots on the tile.
Choose Move to → Inbox.
The tile will be transferred to the Inbox panel.
Pages can be moved from the Inbox in two ways:
Drag and drop — Open the Inbox panel, then drag and drop the page onto the desired location.
Tile settings — Open the tile settings (••• icon) and choose “Move to,” then select the page where you want it to go.
Sync Content from Mobile & Tablet Apps
Inbox makes it easy to sync content between xTiles on desktop/web and your mobile or tablet app. Any content created on mobile will automatically appear in your web/desktop Inbox, as long as you’re signed in with the same xTiles account.
Create Content in Inbox from Mobile
Open the Inbox panel at the bottom to access your Inbox quickly.
Click the Plus (+) button at the bottom, or the Inbox icon next to it, to choose the type of content you want to add:
Note – Creates a blank tile to write in.
Photo – Upload an image from your device.
Audio – Record audio directly from your device.
File – Attach any file from your device.

Web Clipper
The Web Clipper is a Chrome browser extension that works with both the xTiles web and mobile apps. It lets you quickly save content you come across on the web — like text, links, or images — directly to your Inbox.
