If you notice any issues or delays with AI performance, you can report them via support chat or by emailing us at support@xtiles.app.

How to Submit an Issue

  1. Provide a full description of the problem.

  2. Attach screenshots or a short video recording illustrating the issue, if possible.

Once your report is submitted, our team will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

FAQ

Is it possible to disable AI completely?

No, it’s not possible to fully disable AI in xTiles. However, using AI is entirely optional, so you can choose not to invoke it if you don’t want to use its features.

How to check how many credits I have on Free / Paid Plans

There is no limit to using AI features on any paid xTiles plan (Plus, Believer, Team, or Family).

If you’re on the Free Plan, you receive 1,000 AI credits per month. To check how many credits you have left, go to Account Settings — you’ll always see a usage bar there showing exactly how many credits remain in the bottow left corner.




Does xTiles use my data to train AI?

No, your personal content is not used to train our AI models. AI processes your input in real time to generate outputs, but your projects, notes, and files remain private and secure.
