Guests view their balance and redeem rewards at the Yada loyalty portal. Your job is to turn the program on, share the link, and tell the right people it exists.

Turn the program on

Open Marketing → Loyalty. Set the program name and what guests call the currency, such as points or credits. Complete earn and redeem rules, then turn the program on.

Copy the guest portal

On the Loyalty settings tab, copy the portal link. The shared portal is https://loyalty.yada.ai. Guests sign in with the email address from their reservation. If they do not have a password yet, the portal sends a set-password email. If they are new, they can create an account with that same email.

Use this link in emails, SMS, your website, and guidebook content. Campaigns and journeys can insert the same URL with the loyalty portal personalization token.

Invite the right guests

  • Send the prebuilt Loyalty Program Announcement campaign to past guests after you have a live program and a booking URL.

  • Use Loyalty — Your Points Balance or Loyalty — You're Almost There for members who already have a balance. Those templates can target loyalty members automatically.

  • Activate the default Loyalty Points Reminder journey. It emails or texts enrolled members five days after checkout with their balance and the portal link.

Keep memberships matched to contacts

On the Loyalty page, preview Reconcile Contacts before applying updates. This links each member to the best matching Yada contact by email and phone so points and messaging stay on the same person.

Open the Members tab to search a guest, review their balance and history, and make an authorized adjustment with a reason.

Tip: Tell guests to use the same email as their reservation. That is how the portal finds their stays and points.
