This article describes the various screen filters found in Kube. For information on how to use the various filters, see Using filters.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Bookings Menu > Calendar View | Property | Filter spaces displayed on the calendar by property. This filter only supports one selection at a time. |

| 24/7 | Use this selector to change the times displayed on the calendar. When you select this option, the calendar displays 12 AM to 11 PM. |
| Day/Week/Month | Switch the calendar view between Day, Week, and Month. |
Bookings Menu > Card View | Property | Filter spaces displayed on the card view by property. This filter only supports one selection at a time. |
| Quick Search | Filter the spaces displayed by typing in the name of a member, a space, or a company. |
| Booking Type | Filter the spaces displayed by selecting Hourly, Daily, or Monthly bookings. |
| Booking By | Filter spaces by selecting if you want to view spaces by Any Time or By Date. |
| Floor of Space | Filter spaces displayed on the card view by their floor. For more information about floors, see Property Floors Setup. |
| Type of Space | Filter spaces displayed on the calendar by their type. For more information about space types, see Adding a space type. |
| Amenities | Filter spaces displayed on the card view by their available amenities. For more information about adding amenities to a space, see Selecting amenities to offer at time of booking.

| Attendees | Filter spaces displayed on the card view by the number of attendees a space can support, otherwise known as the space's capacity. |
| Price Range | Filter spaces displayed on the card view by the price of the spaces. Use the slider to select a price range. |
Bookings Menu > Floor Plan View | Property | Filter floor plans displayed by property. This filter only supports one selection at a time. |
| Floor Plan | Select the Floor of the floor plan you want to view. |
Companies Dashboard | Company | Filter companies by their name. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Primary Contact | Filter companies by their primary contact. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Primary Property | Filter companies by their primary property. This filter supports multiple selections. |
Companies Dashboard > More | Status | Filter companies by their contract occurrence. This field defaults to All, otherwise, select One Time or Recurring. |
| Company Type | Filter companies by their type. For more information about company types, see Adding a user and company type. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Company Hours/Credits | Filter companies based on whether they have hours/credits assigned. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Auto Invoice | Filter companies based on their Automatic Invoicing setting. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select On or Off. |

| Company Custom Value Contains | Enter all or a portion of the contents of the custom field you want to filter companies by. |
| Membership Type | Select a membership type from the drop down menu. For more information about membership types, see Adding a membership type. |
| Auto Invoice Email | Filter companies by whether they are automatically sent their invoice email. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Taking Company Charges | Filter companies by their charge settings. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Pay Now Only, Bill Later + Pay Now, or Bill Later Only. |
| Exclude from Dunning | Filter companies by whether they are excluded from dunning notices. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Exempt from Late Fees | Filter companies by whether they are exempt from late fees. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Custom Net Terms | Filter companies by whether they have custom net terms set up. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select On or Off. |
| Split Invoice | Filter companies by whether their invoices are split by charge type. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |

| ySign Countersign Assignee | Filter contracts by internal users who are allowed to countersign the contract |

| Contract Status | Filter contracts by their status. Choose a contract status from the drop down menu. |
| Contact Billed in Full | Use this selector to filter contracts by their Bill Full Contract Cost at Start of Term setting. |
| Amendment Scheduled | Use this selector to filter for contracts that have an active future amendment. |
| Hide Scheduled Terminations | Use this filter to exclude contracts from the list that already have a termination scheduled. |
| Hide Scheduled Renewals | Use this filter to exclude contracts from the list that already have an End of Term Renewal (EoTR) scheduled. |
Email Campaigns Dashboard | Category | Filter email campaigns by their categories. For more information about adding email campaign categories, see Adding an email campaign category. |
Leads Dashboard | Lead Name | Filter leads by their name. This filter supports multiple entries. |

| Next Contact Date | Filter for leads by a date range of when the lead is scheduled to be contacted. Use the date pickers to select the start and end date range. |
| Tour Date | Filter for leads by a date range of when the lead is scheduled to be given a tour of a property. Use the date pickers to select the start and end date range. |

| Industry | Filter for leads by industry. This filter supports multiple selections. This list is predefined and cannot be changed. |
| Odds | Filter for leads by their odds of becoming a member. This filter defaults to All; otherwise, select Hot, Medium, or Cold. |
| Lead Source Major | Filter for leads by their source. For more information about lead sources, see Adding a major and minor category. |

| Lead Source Other | Filter leads by their Other source field. |
| Lead Owner | Filter leads by the internal user who is responsible for the lead. This filter supports multiple entries. |
Members Dashboard | Name | Filter members by their name. This filter supports multiple selections. |

| Monthly Retail Price | Enter positive whole numbers in the From and To filters to filter for spaces in a certain price range. |
| Capacity | Enter positive whole numbers in the From and To filters to filter for spaces that have a specific capacity range. |
| Occupied | Filter spaces based on whether the space is occupied. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Area | Enter positive whole numbers in the From and To filters to filter for spaces that have a specific area. |
| Bookable Status | Filter spaces based on whom the space can be booked by. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select from Admin On, Admin Off, Member On, Member Off, Prospect On, or Prospect Off. |
| In Progress Contracts | Filter spaces that are on In Progress contracts. This field defaults to All; otherwise, select Yes or No. |
| Configuration | Filter spaces based on a space's configuration. For more information about space configurations, see Adding a space configuration. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Territory | When filtering spaces by multiple properties, use the territory filter to only show spaces from properties from a certain territory. |
| Sub Territory | When filtering spaces by multiple properties, use the sub territory filter to only show spaces from properties from a certain sub territory. |
| Market | When filtering spaces by multiple properties, use the market filter to only show spaces from properties from a certain market. |

Space Availability Dashboard | Location | Search for spaces by a property's address. |
| Capacity From/To | Filter spaces by their capacity. Enter a number in either or both the From and To fields. |
| Contract Availability Start/End Date | Filter for spaces based on their availability for either a specific date range, or by a Start or End date. |
| Show | Choose to display only Available or All Spaces from the drop down menu. This screen filter defaults to Available. |

| Occupied | Filter for spaces by their occupancy status. Select from All, Yes, or No. |
| Area From/To | Filter for spaces by their area. Enter a number in either or both the From and To fields. |
| Bookable Status | Filter spaces by who is allowed to book the space. For more information about setting who can book a space, see Setting who can book a space. |
| Out for Signature | Filter for spaces that are already on a contract, and the contract may be pending signature and activation. Select from All, Yes, or No. |
| Configuration | Filter for spaces by their configuration. For more information about space configurations, see Adding a space configuration. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Include Hourly/Daily Spaces | Select whether spaces with only Hourly/Daily pricing set appear in the results. |
| Floor | Filter for spaces by their floor. |
Support Ticket Dashboard | Member | Filter for support tickets by the member who created the support ticket. This filter supports multiple selections. |
| Company | Filter for support tickets by company name. This filter supports multiple selections. |
