Selective call forwarding only forwards calls to a specified phone number during certain times of the day, based on the property’s voice business hours. You can enable selective call forwarding for each of your members to customize how Kube processes incoming calls.

NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
If you need to change your voice business hours, contact Yardi technical support.

To set member selective incoming call forwarding
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the Incoming Calls tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Call Forwarding Selective section, click On. The Call Forwarding Selective fields appear.
Complete the Call Forwarding Selective fields.
Phone Number
Enter either the extension of another member in your organization or the full phone number, if the number is not in your organization. Do not enter any punctuation or spaces.Play Ring Reminder When Call is Forwarded
Select this option to play a notification tone when a call is being forwarded.Criteria
Customize the forwarding rules. See step 6.Click Save.
NOTE: The phone number field must be saved before Criteria can be set.
Click the Edit button again. In the Call Forwarding Selective section, click Add next to Criteria. The New Call Forwarding Selective Ring Rule slide out menu appears.
Click Edit. Complete the fields.
Time Schedule
Select whether the rule is active during your property's voice business hours or all the time.CAUTION: Do not add more than one rule for a time schedule (for example, do not add two rules for Business Hours).

Where Kube forwards the call. You can select between the following options:Use Default Forward Phone Number: Uses the phone number set in the Call Forwarding Selective section.
Forward to Another Phone Number: Uses the number you enter in the phone number field that appears when you select this option.

Click Save.
Click Save again.
