Simultaneous ring call forwarding rings a specified list of phone numbers at the same time during specified times of the day, based on the property’s voice business hours. You can enable simultaneous ring call forwarding to customize call forwarding for your members.

If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To set member simultaneous incoming call forwarding
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the Incoming Calls tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Simultaneous Ring section, click On. The Simultaneous Ring fields and List of Added Simultaneous section appear.
NOTE: This section is only shown for members assigned a Physical voice profile.
Select whether Kube rings the simultaneous ring numbers when the member is on a call and receives another call.
Enter a phone number in the Phone Number column that should ring.
NOTE: This step must be completed before moving onto the next step or saving.
Select the box in the Answer Confirmation Required column if you want the person receiving the forwarded call to manually accept the call before forwarding completes. If enabled, this option requires the caller to state their name when the call is transferred. When the call recipient answers the call, they hear a recording explaining they are receiving a forwarded call from the caller. The recipient can either accept the call by pressing a button on their phone or decline the call.Click Save.
Click the Edit button again.
In the List of Added Simultaneous section, click the Add button.
CAUTION: Do not skip this step.

Click Save

Time Schedule | Select whether the rule is active during your property's voice business hours or all the time.
CAUTION: Do not add more than one rule for a time schedule (for example, do not add two rules for Business Hours).
