Now you are onboarded to yayloh and can start managing your customer return requests there. Some things to remember:
Remember, you can always book an additional walkthrough call for yourself or for your team with yayloh Support. Check our calendar for a suitable time.
Important points:
Existing orders from the last 2 months are imported into the system.
The return process will be available for existing orders within your return policy time frames.
Return window counts from day of purchase as the day of delivery is not a reliable data point.
Links to Digital Return Form
Pre-filled return links
You can share pre-filled return form url in order confirmation or delivery emails, so that customer doesn't have to type order number or email. Read full instruction for this feature here.
QR code to link
If you send a paper return slip, you can add a QR code to your return slip so the customer can scan it with their phone and access the Digital Return From with minimal friction. Use available QR code generators like Shopify QR generator.
If you want to make changes to your return process, some changes you can do by yourself in yayloh 'Settings' tab. These are the following:
Change your primary warehouse address
Disable/Enable exchange option visibility to customers
Disable/Enable Claims
Change return validity period
Block returns for a selected category
Block exchanges on already exchanged order
Block exchanges on sale items
For some other changes you should contact yayloh Support Team at support@yayloh.com. These are the following:

Disable/Enable variant or product exchanges
Changes in shipping labels and customs invoices
Changes in return fees
