Required credentials for Helthjem Integration for return shipping label generation

To set up a Helthjem account on yayloh for return shipping label generation, we need your credentials. yayloh entirely depends on your account setup. However, if you have an independent webshipper (Read more), SendCloud or Unifaun (Read more) we can use them for label generation.

To set up a Helthjem Account

You can acquire these credentials by contacting your Helthjem point of contact and share them to support@yayloh.com

  2. Preferred service:

  3. Example test return shipping label

  4. Carrier rules

    1. Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

    2. Countries where we block shipping label generation.

Note: Check the countries listed in your Helthjem contract. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries
