Setting up Shipping carriers with your Webshippers account

Webshipper and related shipping carrier credentials.

To generate a Shipping label via yayloh, using your Webshipper account, you need to create a Webshipper API token and share your account name and the shipping rate number of the selected carrier. yayloh expects your Webshipper to be correctly set up for the kind of routes and labels you intend to generate.

To set up a Shipping carrier account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com:

  1. Shipping carrier

  2. Webshipper account name

  3. Sample label

  4. Carrier rules

  5. Webshipper access token

  6. Webshipper shipping rate number URL

Credential Specification

Shipping carrier

The name of each shipping carrier of your choice.

Webshipper account name

This is usually displayed in the webshipper URL once you are logged in and is similar to your company name.

Sample labels

To test the credentials at our end, send us one sample label for each shipping carrier which you want to set up, along with the correct return warehouse address.

Carrier rules

  1. Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

  2. Countries where we block shipping label generation.

Note- Check the countries listed in your Webshipper account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.


Webshipper access token

We will be using this token to access your webshipper account. Follow the steps below to create one for yayloh:

  1. Open settings in your Webshipper dashboard.

  2. Select “Access and Tokens”.

  3. Click on “Create API token”.

  4. Choose “Select all” and click save.

  5. This will open a pop-up with an API key. Make sure to copy the API key before clicking continue, as API key will be disappeared upon clicking continue.

  6. Share this API key with yayloh team..


Webshipper shipping rate number URL

Find the shipping rate number URL within your settings for the selected carrier. It will look something like this: Check here

Follow the steps below to create one for yayloh.

  1. Open “Connect” window in your Webshipper dashboard.

  2. Select the “Order channels” tab.

  3. Choose the order channel which you would like to use to generate the return shipment label.

  4. Select the correct shipping carrier from the side pane by clicking on “Yayloh properties”.

  5. Copy the URL of the new window.

  6. You can share the URL with yayloh team.
