You can search for a product or order from both the returns management page and the analytics page.
To search from the return management page:
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the magnifying glass on the top right corner under your store name.
Select product, customers, or orders from the drop-down.
Type the value, the text box next to it.
Click enter or the magnifying glass and select the one your product name from the drop-down list that appears.
It opens the product page.
Common search feature
You can also search using the common search bar on the top of every screen of the dashboard. You can use it while accessing the analytics tabs as well. To use this:
Click on the magnifying glass on the top left.
Click on the drop-down menu on the top left.
Select product, customers, or orders from the drop-down.
In the search text box write the value that needs to be searched.
Click enter.
Select the value from the drop-down list.
Click on that value to open the page.
