The digital return form has a fixed template which you can personalize based on your theme & branding.

Basic set up:
During the onboarding process, you can upload images and see a quick preview.
Upload a banner image in PNG/JPEG format
Upload logo image there in SVG format
You can see a quick preview.
Editing the Digital Return Form & advanced settings:
You can fill in this information once you are in the dashboard after completing your onboarding process.
In the dashboard, click on settings >> Select the styles & banners tab. You can update the following information:

Retailer website URL |
Terms and conditions URL |
Tracking page redirect URL |
Brand logo (Proportional 4:1, 200×75 px or more. PNG, JPG format to 300 Kb) |
Banner for Welcome page (Proportional 4:3, 2000×1500 px or more. PNG, JPG format to 3 Mb) |
Tracking page square banner image (328×428 px. PNG, JPG format to 300 Kb) |
Tracking page wide banner (680×180 px. PNG, JPG format to 500 Kb) |
Click on Apply Changes (in green) on the top to ensure the changes are saved and updated!
Preview the Digital Return Form:
Click on the preview button to preview the DRF. Similarly, you can view the CSS.
The DRF link is provided when the onboarding is done. This link can be accessed at all times by clicking on the green return form button on the top left-hand side.
This link can be made available to your customers. You can include it in the order confirmation email, the return policy, on your website, etc.
You can share links to pre-filled forms in their purchase notification email, when clicked on the customers will get access to their order without having to fill in their details. You can use the following link structure to send the prefilled links here.
