You can set up languages & the copy for your return form only once you are inside the dashboard. You can edit it from within settings >> Text & Translations.


To add another language to the return form:

  1. You can add a new language by typing in the language code and clicking on the plus sign. You can add multiple languages based on the requirements of your users. The form picks the language of the browser locale by default. Here are some common languages:

    1. Swedish - sv

    2. Norwegian - no

    3. English (Default) - en

    4. French - fr

  2. Initially, there will be a default set of messages created to be translated.

  3. You can add /delete rows by hovering over & clicking on the three dots on the right of the translation. View the picture below for directions.

  4. On setting up the desired languages click on apply changes.


Edit the text in different phrase:

By default there will be phrases that will be available. But you can always customize it to your requirement.

  1. All the text highlighted in green is editable. Click on the required highlighted section and type in the text. Edit the text for one language and repeat the process for its translation.

  2. You can edit all the different pages of the return form by clicking on their name. This will open the wireframe of that page on the return form. These are the following pages:

    1. Welcome page

    2. Error page

    3. Items page

    4. Thank you page

  3. Click on Apply Changes to save your changes.
