Setting up your Shipping Providers for return shipping label

This information can be filled in during onboarding.


To add the carrier:

  1. Search a shipping carrier or TMS from the menu.

  2. Click the checkboxes to select the shipping carrier/(s). Find out how many you can add based on your pricing plan.

  3. If your shipping carrier does not exist in the link feel free to add the name and click the "+".

  4. You’ll be asked later to provide us with the required API key or credentials and we’ll get you running. You can read more about it here.


Note:

  1. If you have an existing contract with a TMS, we might as well integrate directly with the TMS and you will be required to generate an API key for yayloh.

  2. If you do not have a TMS, you can share directly the details of your contract number and/ or password of your shipping carrier. If you do not have the information and if you have a 3PL contract, contact your 3PL for the credentials.
