Fedex account credentials for return shipping label generation.

To set up a Fedex account on yayloh for return shipping label generation, we need your account credentials. yayloh entirely depends on your account setup. However, if you have an independent webshipper (Read more) or Unifaun (Read more) we can use them for label generation.

To set up a Fedex account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com

  1. Client ID

  2. Client Secret

  3. Webservice key

  4. Webservice password

  5. Account number

  6. Meta number

  7. Example return shipping Label

  8. Carrier Rules

Carrier rule specification

  1. Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

  2. Countries where we block shipping label generation.

Note:

  1. To set up paperless customs with Fedex we will need a detailed list of tariff numbers per SKU along with these credentials.

  2. Check the countries listed in your Fedex account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.

Your customer will receive the commercial invoice via the return confirmation email. Remember to mention any specific instructions related to commercial invoice on the return confirmation emails.

How can I download custom invoices from the yayloh dashboard?

Downloading custom invoices is simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Yayloh dashboard.

  2. Navigate to return management page, shipping label column. click on the drop down.

  3. Click on the "Download Invoice" button next to the relevant transaction.
