Utilize custom categories created in yayloh to block or analyse returns data of specific products.

By utilizing the Categories section in the settings, you can create custom categories to organize and block or analyze data effectively. These categories are exclusively available on the yayloh dashboard and can be easily exported as needed. These categories can be used to block or analyze returns data for specific products.

How to create a new custom category?

To create a new custom category, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Yayloh settings and navigate to the Categories page.

  2. Use the search bar to find the product you want to include in the category.


  3. Select the desired products by clicking the checkbox next to their titles.


  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have chosen all the relevant products.

  5. Click on "Add into new category."


  6. Provide a title for the new category.


  7. Click OK.

  8. The newly created category will appear on the left-hand side.

  9. By clicking on the category, you can view all the products listed within it.

How to add products to an already created category?

To add products to a category you have already created, follow these steps:

  1. Use the search bar to find the product you want to include in the category.


  2. Select the desired products by clicking the checkbox next to their titles.


  3. Click on "Add into existing category."


  4. Choose the category from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click OK.

  6. The selected products will be added to the chosen category.

  7. By clicking on the category on the left-hand side, you can view all the products listed within it.

Once you have added products to these categories, you can easily locate them on the Blocked Categories page within the settings section.
