There are two options for refunding returns through Yayloh: individually or in bulk. It is usually best to handle returns individually when you have a low volume of returns or want to customize the amount to be refunded to your customers. Many retailers with specific refund rules related to product bundling or discount items prefer to handle them individually.
Process a refund in yayloh
Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage” from the sidebar.
Click on the order number OR Search the order number.
Click on “Make in progress” to move the order to “In progress” tab.
OR You can also move multiple requests at the same time:
Click on the bulk tab button. Select the appropriate action.
Click on the arrow button “Move to in progress”
Go to “In progress” status tab and click on your order number.
On the order page, check the warehouse status. For returns, the default refund method selected is “Refund money”. You can overwrite the refund method or the return type if required.
Select “Confirm” checkbox.
Check the amount and, if required, edit it in the text box. The value to be refunded cannot be greater than the order value.
Click on the “Apply” Button and then Select “OK” on the confirmation popup.
Return request will automatically be moved to the processed tab in yayloh and the notification email is sent via your Shopify, Centra or Woocommerce.

Refund information in Shopify back-office
After processing a refund or issuing a store credit in yayloh, you'll find details about the transaction in Shopify's 'Timeline' for that specific order. This timeline includes information about refunds, store-credits and restocking.
Refund information in Centra backoffice
After processing a refund or issuing a store credit in yayloh, you'll find details about the transaction in Centras order history for that specific order. We update the following information:
We mark the product as returned
We update the order payment history and order total.
