Customizing return form text

How to edit the return form text via the new text & translations page under settings.

You can set up languages & the copy for your return form only once you are inside the dashboard. You can edit it within settings >> Text & Translations.


How to navigate the new translations page?

  1. To edit the text and access the other pages of the return form, you can type in any dummy number & email ID in the text boxes e.g. 12345 and customer@email.com.

  2. The <translation on> and <translation off> button help you toggle when you want to edit the return form text.

  3. Use the apply changes button once all the edits are made.


To add another language to the return form:

  1. Type in the language code and click on ‘Add Language’ button.

  2. You can add multiple languages based on the requirements of users. The form picks the local language of the browser by default. Here are some common languages:

    1. English (Default) - en

    2. Swedish - sv

    3. Norwegian - no

    4. French - fr

  3. A new tab with default text will be added.

  4. Edit some text in the newly added translation section.

  5. Click on apply changes.

  6. You can add /delete the language by hovering over them or clicking on the three dots on the right of the translation.

To edit the text copy

  1. Access Text Editing:

    • Enter a dummy order number & email ID (e.g., 12345 & test@email.com).

    • Navigate to the desired page of the return form.

  2. Enable Translation Mode:

    • Toggle the green button for translation, enabling text customization.

  3. Edit Text as Needed:

    • Click on the sections highlighted in green.

    • Modify the text according to your specific requirements.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Click 'Save Changes' to ensure that your edits are securely saved.
