Use Text & Translations settings to edit all text on your digital return request form and add new language translations.

Edit Text on Your Return Request Form

Note: You can make changes to the text on the return request form only if you have Admin Access with your yayloh account.

Follow these steps to edit text on the return form:

  1. From the home dashboard, navigate to Settings > Text & Translations.

  2. Find and click on the 'Edit text copy' toggle to enter the text editing mode.

  3. All the text in green boxes is now editable. You can type or paste the new text into the green boxes.

  4. To access the other pages of the return form, type in any dummy number and email in the text boxes (e.g. 12345 and test@email.com).

  5. Now you can go through the flow as the customer would see it to review and edit the messages on the pages.

  6. Pay extra attention to the information on the last 'Thank you' page and make sure it mentions that further instructions and/or shipping label will arrive to customer's email.

  7. Once you have reviewed and edited the 'Thank you' page for one of the sequences click on 'Apply Changes' to save your text changes.

  8. Refresh the browser page to return to the start of the form.

  9. Go through different sequences for Return, Exchange and Claim one at a time to make sure all the text messaging is correct on each page.

Add Translations to Your Return Request Form

Follow these steps to add a new language to the return form:

  1. Navigate to the box in the top right hand corner of the page next to the 'Add Language' button.

  2. Type in the language code of the language you want to add and click on ‘Add Language’ button.

  3. A new tab with the new language code will appear on the top left corner of the page.

  4. If the language is already in the system, the new tab will be pre-filled with the translation. If the language is not yet in the system, the new tab will appear as a template with placeholder text.

  5. Edit and review the text in the newly added language.

  6. Once you are done with making changes to the languages, click on 'Apply Changes'.

  7. To delete a language translation, hover over three dots to the right of the language tabs and a choice to delete languages will appear.

  8. You can add multiple languages based on the requirements of users. The form picks the local language of the browser by default. Here are some common languages:

    • English (Default) - en

    • Swedish - sv

    • Norwegian - no

    • French - fr
