To close an exchange request in yayloh after customer support has placed a new exchange order, follow these steps:
Once you are ready to close the request (typically upon receipt and inspection of the original product), select the order and click on "Processed” button.
This action will mark the exchange request as completed. The "Processed" tab contains all orders that have been closed and completed.
Note: For customers using automated exchanges, yayloh will automatically move the exchange to "Processed," so there's no need to manually process refunds for exchange orders.
