Use Prompts Manager to review and manage the prompts Yetify tracks for your brand.

It gives you an overview of your prompt activity and lets you explore how individual prompts perform across your selected markets, languages, and AI platforms.

Review your prompt overview

At the top of Prompts Manager, you can see a summary of your current prompt activity, including:

  • Active Prompts — prompts currently included in your tracking.

  • Responses — AI responses generated from your tracked prompts.

  • Runs — the days on which your prompts were run across the AI platforms available on your plan.

  • Paused Prompts — prompts that are temporarily excluded from tracking.

Yetify runs active prompts automatically once a day. One response represents one prompt answered by one AI platform in a run. Prompts running across multiple markets or languages can therefore generate multiple responses.

You can also see how your prompts are distributed across:

  • Prompts per Tag

  • Prompts by Intent

Use the date range and available filters to adjust the data you’re reviewing.

Pause and resume prompts

Pausing a prompt stops it from being included in future runs without deleting it.

A paused prompt keeps its place in your prompt allowance and can be resumed later. Deleting a prompt is what releases that capacity.

Explore your prompts

The prompts table lets you review individual prompts and the data associated with each one.

Depending on the prompt, you can see information such as:

  • Mentions

  • AI Visibility

  • Ranking

  • Share of Voice

  • Market & Language

  • Tags

  • Intent

  • Branded

Use Search prompts to find a specific prompt.

For details about how AI Visibility, Share of Voice, and Ranking are calculated, see the respective articles in Metrics.

Understand prompt intent

Prompts are organized by buyer intent to help you understand the purpose behind each query.

Yetify uses four intent categories:

  • Informational — prompts focused on learning or understanding a topic.

  • Consideration — prompts comparing options or exploring possible solutions.

  • Transactional — prompts showing stronger purchase or decision intent.

  • Post-Purchase — prompts related to using, setting up, or getting support for a product or service.

Yetify assigns an intent when it generates a prompt, and you can change it when needed. Intent helps with filtering, grouping, and prompt generation, but does not determine which metrics are measured for that prompt.

Identify branded prompts

Prompts are marked as Branded when they mention your brand directly.

This makes it easier to distinguish direct brand-related queries from broader prompts about your market, products, or category.

Organize prompts with tags

Tags help you group related prompts and make your results easier to explore and compare.

You can review the tags assigned to each prompt directly from the table.

For more information about creating and managing tags, see Tags Manager.

Add prompts

Select Add Prompt to add more prompts to your brand.

You can create prompts manually or generate additional prompts based on your brand context and the buyer intents you want to target.

The number of prompts included in your plan is:

  • Starter: up to 20 prompts

  • Pro: up to 100 prompts

  • Enterprise: custom limits

Add Extra Prompts

If you need more prompts than those included in your plan, additional prompt capacity may be available depending on your subscription.

See Extra Prompts for plan availability, pack sizes, and pricing.
