Use Tags Manager to create and manage the tags used to group your prompts.
Tags make it easier to organize related prompts and compare their performance across your tracked AI responses.
Review your tags
The Tags Manager table shows the tags currently associated with your brand.
For each tag, you can review:
Active Prompts — the number of prompts currently associated with that tag. Paused prompts remain included; deleted prompts do not.
AI Visibility
Ranking
Share of Voice
The AI Visibility, Ranking, and Share of Voice shown for each tag are based on the prompts associated with that tag.
Add a tag
Select Add Tag to create a tag manually.
Enter a Tag Name and select Add Tag to create it.
Once created, the tag can be used to organize related prompts.
There is no limit to the number of tags you can create.
Generate tags
Select Generate Tags to let Yetify suggest tags for your brand.
Suggested tags are generated using your:
Brand name
Brand description
Primary market
Language
The brand description is based on the website information gathered during onboarding. Active prompts are not used to generate tag suggestions.
Tag generation may take a few moments.
Once the suggestions are ready, review the generated tags and select the ones you want to add.
You can select Generate more tags to get additional suggestions, or Add Tags to add your chosen tags.
Delete a tag
Use the options menu next to a tag and select Delete Tag if you no longer need it.
Deleting a tag:
does not delete or pause the prompts associated with it;
removes that tag from those prompts;
keeps the prompts and their historical data available.
Prompts that no longer have a tag appear as Untagged until another tag is assigned.
Deleting a tag cannot be undone. If you create another tag later with the same name, the previous prompt assignments are not restored.
What’s next?
Use Tags Manager alongside Prompts Manager to organize and review your tracked prompts.
You can also use tags across your Metrics to compare performance between different groups of prompts.
