How can I request an invoice?

Sometimes, you may need a payment document for accounting purposes, reimbursements, or to confirm that the subscription was actually paid for. With that said, Instories itself cannot always issue an invoice, because payments are processed by the store where you bought the subscription.

That’s why the way you get a receipt/invoice is slightly different for Google Play, App Store, and the web version. Below, you’ll find separate instructions for each source. Please follow the one that matches where you made the purchase.

On iOS (App Store)

Apple sends a receipt to the email linked to your Apple ID.

If you didn’t receive it, please contact Apple Support.

👉 If the payment was made via one-link, the receipt will be sent to the email you entered at checkout.

On Android (Google Play)

Google sends a receipt to the email linked to your Google Play account.

If you didn’t receive it, please contact Google Play Support.

👉 Since the subscription is processed by Google, only they can resend the receipt.

Web Version

You can easily download invoices from your account:

  1. Go to our website instories.com and log in using the details you used when registering.

  2. On the left side menu, open the Invoices section and download the document you need.
