First, cancel your Instories subscription in Google Play:
1) Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
2) Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3) Tap Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4) Find your subscription to our app and tap Cancel.
Select the Instories order and explain your reason for requesting a refund, such as accidental purchase or unauthorized transaction.
Submit your request for Google to review.
💡 Once submitted, you can track the status on the same site. Google usually replies within 1-4 business days. The actual refund depends on your original payment method and financial institution (up to 30 days for card refunds and up to 60 days for carrier billing refunds).
💡 The outcome will depend on the specific circumstances of your request. Refunds are usually granted for accidental purchases, unauthorized charges, or other valid reasons as determined by Google Play’s refund policies. Be sure to provide sufficient details when submitting your request.
