Before You Start: Payment management in Instories depends on where you bought the subscription. Below, you’ll find separate instructions for each option we currently support: App Store, Google Play, and the Instories web version.
👉 Please Note: Changing or updating a payment method in one place (for example, in Google Play) won’t affect a subscription bought in another place (for example, on the website).
On iOS (App Store):
You can manage payment methods through your Apple ID settings:
Open Settings.
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top of the screen).
Go to Payment & Shipping.
Tap Add Payment Method to add a new card or method.
To set a default method, tap Edit and move it to the top of the list.
Remove any old payment methods, if needed.

On Android (Google Play):
On your Android device, open Google Play → Payment Methods.
Select Add Payment Method.
Enter your payment details and follow the instructions on screen.
👉 Note for India: If you use Google Pay, you may need to update your UPI ID.

Web Version:
Go to instories.com and log in with your account details.
In the left panel, click Billing.
Under Payment Details, select Payment method → Edit Payment Method.
Update your payment information.
