You can delete ticket types at any time from the event or experience editor.
This is useful if you created a ticket by mistake or no longer want to offer a specific ticket option.
How to Delete a Ticket Type
Follow the steps below to delete a ticket type.
Log in to your YourKind Dashboard
Navigate to Events in the left-hand menu
Click Manage
Click the '⋮' icon next to the event or experience you want to edit, then select Edit
Navigate to the ticket type you want to remove
Click the delete icon next to the ticket
Confirm the deletion
Click Update Event to save your changes
Once deleted, the ticket type will no longer be available for purchase.
⚠️ Important Note
If tickets have already been sold for the ticket type you are attempting to delete, the available quantity will be set to 0.
The ticket type will remain visible, but it will display as sold out.
