You can edit ticket types at any time from within the event or experience editor.
This allows you to update things like the ticket name, price, quantity, or sale dates without creating a new ticket type.
How to Edit a Ticket Type
Follow the steps below to update an existing ticket type.
Log in to your YourKind Dashboard
Navigate to Events in the left-hand menu
Click Manage
Click the '⋮' icon next to the event or experience you want to edit, then select Edit
Navigate to the ticket type you want to update and click the edit icon
Update the relevant details
Click Save
Click Update Event to save your changes
Your updated ticket settings will then apply to future purchases.
⚠️ Important Note
Changes to ticket pricing, quantity, or sale dates will only affect future purchases. Tickets that have already been sold will not be changed.
