When you log in to YourKind, you land on the Home screen. Everything you need to manage your events, audience, and marketing is accessible from the sidebar on the left and the top bar.
The Sidebar
The sidebar runs down the left side of the screen. It is your main navigation for the entire platform.
Home – your analytics overview. See sales data, audience insights, and marketing activity at a glance.
Events – create, edit, duplicate, and manage all your events and experiences.
Marketing – send SMS and email campaigns to your audience.
CRM – your full audience database. View contacts, apply labels, segment your audience, and import new contacts.
Reports – generate sales reports and promo code reports. Set up scheduled report emails.
Pages – create and manage landing pages.
Forms - create and manage forms.
Customise – update your brand settings including cover image, logo, social links, description, and call-to-action buttons.
Finances – view your revenue, connect your Stripe account, and check payment history.
Administration – manage your team members and access the ticket scanning tool.

The Top Bar
The top navigation bar sits across the top of every screen. It gives you quick access to key information and actions.
Brand Switcher – if you manage more than one brand, use the dropdown on the far left to switch between them.
Credits Balance – shows your current credit balance for SMS and email campaigns.
Account Balance – displays your current revenue balance before it is paid out via Stripe.
Notifications – alerts for new ticket sales, collab invites, and other activity.
Dark Mode and Light Mode
You can switch between dark mode and light mode from your profile menu. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to find the toggle.
