Switching Between Brands

Manage multiple brands from a single YourKind account and switch between them easily.

YourKind allows you to manage multiple brands from a single account. Each brand has its own events, audience, credits, settings, and brand page. You can switch between brands at any time without needing to log out.

What Is a Brand?

A brand in YourKind represents a separate entity with its own identity.

Each brand has its own:

  • Brand name and logo

  • Events

  • Audience database

  • Credit balance

  • Stripe connection

  • Brand page at yourkind.io/b/your-slug

  • Team members and roles

This is useful if you run events under different names or manage events for multiple organisations.

💡 Tip
If you promote events under different names, create a separate brand for each one to keep your identities distinct.

How to Switch Brands

  1. Click on your brand name or logo in the top-left corner of the dashboard.

  2. A dropdown will appear showing all the brands you have access to.

  3. Click on the brand you want to switch to.

  4. The dashboard will reload with the selected brand's data.

Creating a New Brand

To create an additional brand, click 'Create +' button on the brand switcher. You will be guided through the setup process, including choosing a brand name and uploading a logo.

ℹ️ Note

Each brand requires its own connected Stripe account. If you operate multiple brands, you'll need to set up a separate Stripe account for each one.

Brand-Specific Data

Everything in YourKind is scoped to the brand you are currently viewing. When you switch brands, you will see that brand's events, audience, credits, and settings. Data does not cross between brands.

ℹ️ Note
Collabs allow you to consolidate data between multilple brands. When a collab is active, event and audience data is shared between both brands, giving each brand visibility into performance and insights.
