Understanding how to copy a campaign can be incredibly helpful when you want to conduct A/B tests on various prospect searches or workflows. It's also a great time-saving option for replicating successful campaigns, whether they are your own or created by your team members. Let's dive into a quick guide on how to duplicate a campaign with just a few simple steps.

How to Copy Your Own Campaign

To duplicate one of your own campaigns go to the home page by clicking on the home button in the upper left corner. Thereafter, locate the little arrow in the upper right corner of the campaign you wish to copy and click on it. Then, select "Copy Campaign."

How to Copy a Colleague's Campaign

If you want to copy a campaign created by one of your colleagues, go into the statistics page from the home screen, and scroll down to the Performance Breakdown. From there, click on "Campaigns" to see your colleagues' campaigns. Once you find the desired campaign, click on "View" next to the campaign and then "Copy Campaign" located in the upper right corner.

What Happens When You Copy a Campaign

When you copy a campaign, whether it's yours or someone else's, all the filters from the prospect search and the entire workflow (including text) will be duplicated. Keep in mind that you'll need to add the specific prospects you want to include in the campaign as a separate step. Additionally, please note that you cannot include prospects who are already part of other campaigns.

Why Copying a Campaign Can Be Useful

Why start from scratch when the groundwork is already laid? The same concept applies to creating your prospect searches and campaigns. Utilize this feature to conduct A/B tests on different prospect searches or workflows. It's also an efficient way to replicate successful campaigns from your own experience or within your team. Save time and make the most of this valuable feature!
