How to use team statistics view

Overview of the Statistics View. How to view get insights into team performance and view more detailed data on campaign performance.

The statistics view is an invaluable tool for understanding campaigns, analyzing which ones do well, and figuring out how each individual touchpoint in the campaign converts. It's also a great way to copy a complete campaign. Lastly, the statistics view offers tips that can help improve the success of your campaigns.

Explaining the sections

1. Filters - top-left

Filter on what date range and team members to view statistics for.

2. Live metrics - top-right

See real-time metrics into how many prospects are queued and active within your organization.

3. Key metrics - top-left

Get a quick overview of your team's key metrics during the selected period. Next to the number you can see a percentage shift from the previous period.

4. Team leaderboard - top-right

See who on your team is performing the best, ordered by the number of replies. You can also click on a person to see their best-performing campaign, and click "View Campaign" to see more information about the campaign.

5. Performance Breakdown - bottom

Use the performance breakdown to get see how your team members are performing, or view how all campaigns in your team are performing. Shift between viewing team members or campaigns at the top of the section.

In the team member view you can expand a team member to see the performance on their individual campaigns.

You can always click "View" on a campaign to expand it and see more information, for example, performance on each touchpoint.

View more details about a campaign

If you click "View" on a campaign in the performance breakdown table or in the leaderboard, a view with more details about the campaign will open up. Here you can see metrics such as overall reply rate, replies, and how many people you have contacted. You can also see more information on each touchpoint, such as conversion and copywriting.

This view also includes suggestions to maximize your campaigns.

Copy a campaign

This view offers another great use: you can copy and recreate a successful campaign by clicking "Copy campaign" in the top right.
