Adding and Updating Prospect Information in Zaplify

Q: How do I add/update prospect information?

Answer: It is currently not possible to add or update prospect data directly in Zaplify, however, there is a workaround.

To add new prospect data to Zaplify, you can export a current Excel or CSV file from Zaplify and then add the LinkedIn URL to this file and upload it again. Before uploading it, you have to make sure you delete the prospect from the campaign, otherwise, you won't be able to upload the updated version.
