Deactivate an employee directly in your Employer Portal as part of your termination process. ZayZoon will then update the employee account immediately.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible, as this helps prevent employees from accessing funds that they should no longer have access to.
To disable an employee, log in to your Employer Portal and:
Click on 'Manage Workforce'
Select the employee you want to deactivate,
Click the 3 dots on the right.
Select 'Mark as Terminated'
Click 'Okay' to confirm. You've now deactivated the selected employee.
Note: We are only able to disable a terminated employee if they have signed up for ZayZoon and created an account with us.
