Account Security
The security of your earnings and your information are a top priority at ZayZoon.
To ensure that your money is safe, there are regular security checks. If a security risk has been detected, your account will automatically be disabled to keep your funds safe. If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on your account, it may be temporarily disabled to protect your funds.
Enable your Account
To regain access, you’ll need to verify your identity. This may include submitting a photo of yourself along with valid identification and a dated document to a live member of our ZayZoon team. Our team will review your submission and guide you through any additional steps if needed.
You can message our team easily through the chat in the ZayZoon app. To attach your image, you can drag and drop the image into your chat or click the attachment icon. Ensure that your image is clear and unaltered; avoid blurry, cropped, or edited photos when attaching files to the ZayZoon chat.
Depending on the reason your account has been disabled, you may be asked to submit additional information to re-enable your account.
Our team uses multiple security checks to verify your identity and keep your account safe. Some of these steps aren’t visible to you, but they help ensure that only you can access your account.
When your account is re-enabled, you will receive a notification confirming successful re-enablement and can proceed to access your ZayZoon features.
