ZayZoon is committed to protecting our customers’ information. Our top priority is to safeguard your confidential information.

For more details on how ZayZoon uses your information, you can read our ZayZoon USA Privacy Policy or our ZayZoon Canada Privacy Policy.

Encryption Standards

ZayZoon uses the latest technology to secure your information when transmitted over the Internet. Encryption standards such as SHA256-RSA and trusted certificates are used to protect your information when transferred between your computer and ZayZoon.

Our website uses 256-bit encryption to protect the privacy & security of your information. This is the same security level your online banking offers you. This encryption is used for every interaction we have with you or your data.

Multi-Factor Authentication

ZayZoon uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and requires customers to identify themselves using more than just a username and password. Usernames and passwords are vulnerable to attacks and can be stolen by third parties.

Multi-factor authentication (or MFA) is a multi-layered security system that verifies the identity of users for login or other transactions.

By leveraging multiple authentication layers, even if one element is damaged or disabled, the user account will remain secure. Codes generated by smartphone apps, answers to personal security questions, codes sent to an email address, fingerprints, etc. are a few examples of multi-factor authentication implemented in day-to-day scenarios

Safety Tips

We strongly recommend following general security guidelines to protect your information and earnings:

  • Watch for suspicious emails asking for personal information.

  • Never share or give out your User Name and Password. ZayZoon will never request this by email, phone, or text.

  • Do not use personal information as your Password.

  • Use an auto-lock or time-out feature so your device will lock when it is left unused for a certain period of time.

  • Create hard-to-guess passwords that include upper & lower case letters, numbers and special symbols.

  • Shred documentation that contains confidential information.
