We make security a priority here at ZayZoon. Our website uses 256-bit encryption to protect the privacy & security of your information. This is the same security level your online banking offers you.

This encryption is used for every interaction we have with you or your data.

ZayZoon Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) - What is MFA?

MFA enhances security by requiring our users to identify themselves by more
than just a username and password. Usernames and passwords are vulnerable to attacks and can be stolen by third parties. Using MFA increases confidence that your account will stay safe from cybercriminals.

  • Multi-factor authentication (or MFA) is a multi-layered security system that verifies the identity of users for login or other transactions.

  • By leveraging multiple authentication layers, even if one element is damaged or disabled, the user account will remain secure.

  • Codes generated by smartphone apps, answers to personal security questions, codes sent to an email address, fingerprints, etc. are a few examples of multi-factor authentication implemented in day-to-day scenarios

How Does ZayZoon MFA Work?

When a customer has enabled and confirmed 2FA in the ZayZoon app, they are prompted for an authentication code upon successfully signing in with their username and password. This code is sent to them automatically based on their preferred delivery method (email, phone). Please keep in mind that if you work out of an Incognito window the "Remember this Device" may not work and you will be sent a code at your next login.
