To find your My Balance page, log into your ZayZoon account, then::

On the my balance page, you'll be able to see the information that goes into calculating your total available balance.

The Available Balance page has three tabs to help you understand the money you can access: Current, Future, and Credits.

​Current

This tab provides the total amount of wages you can access based on your historical payroll data and account activity. This page shows all transactions used to calculate your balance, including shifts/estimated wages, earnings received, payouts taken, and repayments you’ve made.

​Future

This tab provides an estimate of your upcoming pay (based on available payroll data) and pending repayments.

This tab shows the status of credits you’ve received from co-worker referrals, rewards, or refunds.

Your balance is the total amount you're able to withdraw from ZayZoon (this can range from 30-70% of your average historical earnings). Different icons can let you know what's impacting your total balance.

You can learn more about the items in your balance by clicking each item for more details or by clicking "How is my balance calculated?" at the bottom of the My Balance page.

Your earnings will appear as a moneybag icon with a "$" sign. This icon indicates your earnings data has been received from your payroll provider.

Note: Tax deductions, bonuses, paid time off, vacation, parental/medical leave, and sick days do not count towards your available balance.

When ZayZoon receives data from your payroll provider on shifts you've worked, rewards you've received, or referral credits that can be claimed, they'll appear as a moneybag icon with a "+" sign.

You can click on each entry to learn more about your shift.

Estimated taxes and witholdings appear as a moneybag icon with a "-" on your My Balance page.

This shows the amounts that are deducted from your earnings before ZayZoon calculates the full amount of earnings you can access. ​

Note: Tax deductions, bonuses, paid time off, vacation, parental/medical leave, and sick days do not count towards your available balance.

With ZayZoon, you can access from 30% to 70% of your historical earnings. When this portion is calculated, you'll be able to see it on your My Balance page as a moneybag icon with a "%" sign in the middle.

ZayZoon provides a portion of your historical earnings to help promote financial health and ensure you still receive a good amount on payday!

Payouts appear as a moneybag with an arrow facing outwards. Each time you take a payout, a new entry will appear on your Current tab and your available Balance will be updated.

When you receive refund or referral credits that can be claimed, they'll appear in your Credits tab as a moneybag icon with a "+" sign.

You can click on each entry to learn more about the credit you've received.

Repayments are automatically deducted from your paycheck on payday!

Repyaments appear as a moneybag with an arrow pointing inwards. When ZayZoon confirms your repayment from the payroll provider, your balance will be updated.
