You'll be able to view your account activity and balance through the Home Page, My Balance and Account Activity pages.
Please note: your account may appear slightly differently on our mobile app.
Home Page
When you log into your ZayZoon account, you'll immediately be taken to your Payout page (on the mobile app), also known as your Dashboard (on the desktop site).
On your home page, you'll be able to:
Take a payout
One payout per day per customer (minimum of $20, maximum of $200)
See the wages available for a payout that day
View your recent account activity
My Balance
On the My Balance page, you'll be able to see:
Your total available balance (Available Wages)
Payouts or repayments (Wages you've accessed)
Daily increases towards your total balance (Accessible net earnings per day/hour)
Referral or promo credits
Certain customers can also view future projected earnings (an estimate).
To find your My Balance page, log into your ZayZoon account, then::
Mobile app: Tap the 3 dots for More, then My Balance
Desktop site: Click the My Balance tab from your Dashboard
Account Activity
Your Activity page will display your account statement, which provides a full account history of:
Payouts (pending or disbursed)
Repayments (pending or paid)
Overdue balances
To find your Activity page, log into your ZayZoon account, then:
Mobile app: Scroll to the bottom of the Payout page, then click View all.
Desktop site: Click the Activity tab from your Dashboard
