If your ID isn’t being accepted automatically, things like your flash can obscure critical details, your ID may not be centered, or your photo may be blurry and out of focus.

Before you take your photo, make sure...

  • First name and last name are clearly visible

  • Date of birth and expiry are clearly visible

  • Document borders are all in frame

  • No glare from camera flash or lighting

  • Image is upright, not rotated
