Signing up for ZayZoon
When you're just creating your account, ID verification usually takes a few hours during operating hours, but will take longer if your submitted documents are unacceptable.
To ensure your ID can be verified the first time, make sure that you are submitting acceptable documents: United States and Canada.
Before you take your photo, make sure:
Your first and last name are clearly visible
Your date of birth and expiry date are clearly visible
Document borders are all in frame
No glare from camera flash or lighting
Image is upright, not rotated
Note that repeatedly submitting unacceptable documents or photos can delay ID verification. The security of your account and money is a top priority at ZayZoon.
Trying to take a payout with ZayZoon
ZayZoon performs regular security checks and may require you to verify your identity before taking a payout.
To restore access to payouts, click "Verify my identity" to be taken to a secure link verify your identity. If this button is not available, you'll need to contact Customer Care directly via chat or email at support@zayzoon.com.
Once the verification has been completed, your account should automatically update within minutes. It may take a minute or two to process, so try refreshing your page or logging in/out again.
If your identity verification is not successful, you'll be able to try again in the app.
