For your government-issued photo ID to be approved automatically, make sure to follow this criteria:
All the information is clearly visible
First name and last name
Date of birth and expiry
Document borders are all in frame
No glare from camera flash or lighting
The image is in focus and upright, not rotated
Use a plain background behind your ID (like a sheet of paper)
Why is my ID still being denied when it matches the criteria?
Another common reason for a denied ID verification is a mismatch of information.
Make sure your name and your date of birth matches the information provided to your employer or payroll provider.
