Find answers on frequently asked questions about an overdue payout on the ZayZoon account.
Why is my account Overdue?
When your account has an Overdue status, it means that the scheduled automatic repayments of ZayZoon payouts were not paid in full.
To ensure that ZayZoon can be repaid, overdue accounts cannot take payouts until the repayment has been made in full.
Some accounts have the option of making a manual repayment of the overdue payouts so you can start taking payouts again.
If the option is not available, the payout(s) marked overdue will be automatically deducted from your next paycheck. Wait until your next pay date to take another payout!
Are there Fees or Interest when my account is Overdue?
There are no additional fees or interest charged when your payout goes into overdue status.
ZayZoon is committed to helping our customers access funds when they need them and break free from predatory high-interest lending products like payday loans, overdraft fees, and high-interest credit cards.
The only fee that would apply is the $5 transaction fee for certain wallet options. For a full list of wallets and fees, check out this article.
Will my Overdue status affect my Credit Rating?
No, ZayZoon is not connected to any credit bureau, so your ZayZoon activity does not affect your credit.
