How do I delete, cancel, or unsubscribe my account?

Before deciding to delete your account permanently, you may consider alternatives such as temporarily disabling your account or resolving any technical issues with ZayZoon support.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to retrieve a deleted account.

If you are having technical issues, please contact ZayZoon support via chat for troubleshooting. You can also temporarily disable your account to help manage usage.

To delete your account, contact a ZayZoon live agent through chat or an email to support@zayzoon.com. The account deletion process includes a financial review by our team to ensure all data is cleared and may take up to 30 days to complete.

To assist in processing your request, please provide your reason for deleting the account. Once your account deletion is complete, ZayZoon will notify you via email or automated notification, confirming that your account has been permanently deleted.

Why am I still receiving notifications?

You may still be subscribed by email or have balance notifications turned on in the ZayZoon app.

While your deletion is being processed. you can unsubscribe from ZayZoon’s mailing list and/or disable balance notifications in the app to stop receiving communications.

What if I still have a remaining balance?

Repayments for remaining balances on deleted accounts must be done manually.

If there is a balance owing on your account, your account cannot be deleted, only disabled.

If you are unsure whether your account has been deleted, you can confirm its status by contacting ZayZoon support. An agent can verify your details and confirm your information has been removed from the system or clarify your account status.
