I want to delete my account
If you are having technical issues, please contact ZayZoon support via chat for troubleshooting, as account deletion is permanent.
To delete your account, contact a ZayZoon live agent through chat or an email to support@zayzoon.com. The account deletion process includes a financial review by our team to ensure all data is cleared and may take up to 30 days to complete.
To assist in processing your request, please provide your reason for deleting the account. Once your account deletion is complete, ZayZoon will notify you via email or automated notification, confirming that your account has been permanently deleted. You will receive updates about your request if there are delays or additional steps required, ensuring transparency during the process.
Marketing Emails: You can unsubscribe from ZayZoon’s mailing list after receiving the confirmation of account deletion.
What if I still have a remaining balance?
Repayments for remaining balances on deleted accounts must be done manually.
If there is a balance owing on your account, your account cannot be deleted, only disabled.
If you intend on re-enabling your disabled account, the balance will automatically be deducted from your next paycheck once your account has been re-enabled.
