How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password and need to change it, you can reset your password as long as you have access to the email address you used to create your ZayZoon account:
On the login screen, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
Enter the email address for your account when prompted.
Click Reset. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered if it matches a ZayZoon account.
Click the Reset Password button in the email from zayzoon@a.zayzoon.com.
It is important to regularly update your personal and login information to ensure your account remains secure.
Why does it say my password reset link is invalid?
If you've clicked the "Forgot your password?" link multiple times, make sure to click the link from the most recent email. Once a new link is sent, the older ones become invalid.
Why haven't I received my reset password email?
If you're not receiving the password reset email, here are some steps to try:
Make sure you’re entering the email address linked to your ZayZoon account.
Check your spam or junk folders in case the email was filtered there.
Clear space in your inbox so new emails can arrive.
If you requested multiple resets, use the link from the most recent email.
Please note that if you tried to change or reset your password multiple times, this can cause delays in receiving the reset email (up to 10 minutes).
What if I no longer have access to my email address?
To update your email address, you can send your One-Time Passcode to your phone to log in, then update your email address.
If you do not have access to the email account you used to create your ZayZoon account, get your ID ready for verification and contact our team via the chat bubble here or in the ZayZoon app.
