How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password is easy as long as you have access to the email address you used to create your ZayZoon account:

  1. On the login screen, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

  2. Enter the email address for your account when prompted.

  3. Click Reset. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered if it matches a ZayZoon account.

  4. Click the Reset Password button in the email from zayzoon@a.zayzoon.com.

If you've clicked the "Forgot your password?" link multiple times, make sure to click the reset password link from the most recent email.

It is important to regularly update your personal and login information to ensure your account remains secure.

What if I no longer have access to my email address?

To update your email address, you can send your One-Time Passcode to your phone to log in, then update your email address.

If you do not have access to the email account you used to create your ZayZoon account, get your ID ready for verification and contact our team through:

  • the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of this page/the app or desktop site.
