As an American employee, your payroll has partnered with ZayZoon to provide the benefit of Earned Wage Access. Your early payouts are repaid to ZayZoon during payroll processing.
Please note that ZayZoon never handles your paycheck directly; ZayZoon is not a payroll provider.
The following documents are not sent to ZayZoon through your payroll provider:
your paycheck
your paystub
your official tax documents (W-2)
your direct deposit form
contributions or deductions from your 401k
If you have questions related to these documents, or if you need to confirm or verify sources of income, please contact your employer or payroll administrator.
If you move to a new employer that offers ZayZoon as a benefit, your ZayZoon account will be connected to your new employer and/or payroll provider.
